Pages scanned in the wrong order, or an appendix that belongs at the front? The Organize tool rearranges the pages of one PDF into the order you give it, leaving the pages themselves untouched.
To combine separate files use Merge PDF instead; Organize works inside a single document.
Cómo funciona
- Add your PDF. Drag it in or choose it from your device.
- Arrange the page previews. Drag pages or use their arrow buttons. The page-number field updates automatically.
- Reorder. Press Reorder pages to create the new PDF.
- Download the result, or continue to another tool.

How do I change the order?
Drag the page previews or use the arrow buttons. You can also type page numbers separated by commas.
Do I have to list every page?
Yes — list each page you want in the result. Pages you leave out will not be in the new file, so use Remove Pages if you only want to delete some.
Can I rotate pages?
Not in this tool. It reorders pages only.
