About this tool: Merge PDF
Combining several PDF files into one document is one of the most common everyday PDF tasks — bundling scanned receipts, joining the chapters of a report, or putting together a set of contracts. PDF Reducer’s Merge tool joins two or more PDFs into a single file, in exactly the order you set.
Pages are combined as they are, so text, images and layout stay the same as in the original files.
How it works
- Add at least two PDFs. Drag them in, choose them from your device, or import from Google Drive or Dropbox. You can keep adding more.
- Set the order. Use the arrow buttons or drag a file up or down — or press “Sort by name”.
- Merge. Press Merge PDFs and the files are combined into one document.
- Download the merged PDF, or send it straight on to Compress or Protect.

How many PDFs can I merge at once?
Up to 20 files per merge, each up to 50 MB. For bigger sets, merge in batches and then merge the results.
Will merging change the quality of my PDFs?
No. Pages are combined as they are, so text, images and layout stay exactly as in the original files.
Can I control the order of the files?
Yes. Files are merged in the order shown in your list. Reorder them with the arrows or by dragging before you press Merge PDFs.
Are my files kept after merging?
Source uploads are removed after processing. The merged result is deleted when downloaded or when you press delete now; abandoned results expire after two hours and are removed by hourly cleanup.
